Something that absolutely pisses me of is when people blame games on refs. Refs are never going to get every call or be perfect. In a close game like this one the bengals had so many opportunities to win the game that just didn’t work out and that’s not on the refs. The red didn’t throw and interception or trip number 28 so he would hit Mahomes out of bounds and it be unnecessary roughness. Even players get mad when people blame refs. It’s just an excuse for losing, the Bengals had an amazing and should be very proud of themselves. Blaming refs is never the answer.

Shut up. I’m a chiefs fan, and the chiefs probably were favored a little, but the chiefs got screwed by refs all season.

As a cardinals fan, those hits would be reasonable if they didn’t throw a flag on the bengals for even the smallest taps.

The Clark hit on Burrow is late, by the NFL’s ghey standards, and should have been called, but he does let up as he comes at him and Burrow embellishes the fall.

The block in the back on the punt had occurred earlier in the play (by Joshua Williams, I think). At the point that we see Kemp make contact, the Bengals gunner is clearly flopping.

I think they made the right call on Mixon. Yes, there was contact after he was OB, but it was minor, didn’t cause him any additional harm since he was already being tackled by someone else, and RBs don’t, and shouldn’t, get protected from late contact like the smaller guys. That late contact was nothing.
