Only ONE state allows kids to avoid seat belts

Thirty-eight percent of kids killed in 2020 car crashes nationwide weren't wearing a seat belt, according to data from the CDC, and Oklahoma Senator Roland Pederson said the Sooner state is the only one in the country that doesn't require kids eight and older to buckle up in the back seat.

Since when do they not require children over 8 thats crazy bc I've seen people get tickets for not having their children with seatbelts on
