Parliament faults treasury on 2020/21 budget

In a report tabled before the National Assembly, the Kimani Ichungwa led committee took issues with Treasury CS Ukur Yatani for what they termed as failure to adhere to guidelines in preparing the 2020/21 financial year budget.
