Bohot hi zabardast Zia bhai. Yes you had heard it right, galawati(or Galouti as called in Delhi) is generally eaten with a bigger Paratha or a saffron colour sheermal. The shop's name is Tundey who started this dish, the kabab is Galawati. The preparation style which the head chef prepared is very common outside Lucknow nowadays especially in cities like Delhi and Mumbai. The nihari looks amazing, and I really liked the barbecue at this place. Too bad, I missed this place by 5 days..but there is always a next time. Have a good stay in Dubai, and do go to Al Mukhtar this time around for Cheese Kunafa, it's simply wow!
