I always go to the Mockingbird video because it looks like everyone was having a wonderful time. It makes me smile ☺

Thanks for another JT post, Lee! Not sure how many people noticed, but the James & Carly, “Mockingbird” video has 5M views. Easily James’s most animated and beloved performance, ever. Thank goodness those “sitting on a stool with a guitar” days ended in the mid 70’s! 😍

I can’t even imagine what it would be like to play for a packed house at MSG, when live music was EVERYTHING, and all of the “No Nukes” headliners were so young, talented (and good-looking!).

Again - please, someone, invent the time machine!

I was there! It was amazing!!!
When Carly came out in that jumpsuit it was electrifying…. Such chemistry!!

Your bass part on "Smiling Face" ranks in my hall of fame as one of those rare iconic and memorable bass lines.
The juxtaposition of the "no nukes" video and the insanity of todays world events is shocking words fail me.

😎 What a show this must have been to see live. You have led an amazing life Lee, and continue to do just that. Cheers! Stay safe all!

Thank you, what a great list of performers and cause, if still not yet fulfilled. Enjoyed seeing how well everyone has aged.from the Immediate Family.

From '79 to '22 the definition of tragedy remains stubbornly the same.

Waddy was simply born to be a rock star, he's fantastic!
The energy he brings to every stage he graces is mind blowing.

Good Lord….Russ had hair! 😁 snd Kootch looked like he had a Beatle cut. What a riot. Energy was amazing and Carly was just a force of nature. Waddy looks the same

This was amazing to see! Funny timing, too; as you know, I found my original copy of the No Nukes album just the other day. Must have seen the film four or five times in the theater back then, as well. Made a huge impression, that's for sure. "Mockingbird" is etched indelibly in my memory, but I had forgotten how great this version of "Grinnin' Face" was!

I remember when Carly came on from the wings at the Universal Amphitheater show! We'd already been surprised by Crosby & Nash...but that was over the top. (And I think she was wearing the same jumpsuit!) Always a show stopper!

This one brings such a smile to my face! My sister was driving me back to the PDX airport on Friday and en route we were listening to Taylor's greatest hits (on CD) in her Subaru. I was telling her about your channel and how you played (play) with Taylor. And then on Monday, for my birthday, I got Springsteens No Nukes 2021 remaster on vinyl. I just sent her this video, thanks so much! This is such a blast to watch

That was pretty slick how he moved that capo like that mud song. That was before the rolling capo came out.
Surprised that you used Frankenstein instead of Peace Love at the No Nukes show.
Wow Waddy was like a whirling dervish out there.

That stage was buzzing - Waddy like a disco dancer on steroids, your bass was kicking & a real slick capo slide from James from 2nd to 6th fret at 4.24 👍

Love that show..what an incredible concert. My eldest cousin was at the show and we all could’nt wait for him to describe it to us afterwards…at the time it was the greatest show he’d seen. When I finally saw the film, I could understand why …Thanks for sharing. Stay safe🖕 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
