The equity of the account in the video is 20usd.
To open a position of 0.15 lots, you will need a margin of 75usd.

The reason why the stop order was not activated is due to lack of margin available in your account. Seems like the trader is not aware of the margin requirements and therefore did not maintain a sufficient margin.

Bruh you can literally split your balance into two accounts, one account press sell, the other one press buy. The things you need, you gotta full margin on those account and set stop loss for around 20-30 points. After the news you'll get than what you've risk

It's not necessarily the broker when price moves rapidly pending orders usually take time to be filled it's called slippage

every broker has that technical issue when price moves too quickly past a pending order it might not get triggered

Well this is natural with that big spread and a buy stop order that wont be triggered. Also buy stops only get hits if the price goes back to the ordered price after the spread got past it.

leverage is limited in exness during news. You only have $20 equity and your using 0.15 lot, that's not valid.
