So, Verizon has basically ripped off Amazon as a cost savings opportunity for them. Why exactly would I want to drive out of my way to head to a Verizon store for a locker, exactly, and how does this improve the buying experience exactly? Don't get me wrong, I do similar with food all the time: order online, pickup in person, but...that's mostly because Uber Eats fees are outrageous. Unless they're offering a discount on the device to pickup in store in one of these lockers, or online shipping starts having a cost associated with it, I can't imagine this new service being a preferred option for most people.

Verizon wireless store people add unwanted addon without informing customers. It is a wrong practice to earn incentives.
