Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef Dean Thompson hosted his Ambassador Series Dinner at Schnappa Rock in Tutukaka recently. He collaborated with Platinum Ambassador Brenton Low of Marina Woodfired Dining and together they created a culinary sensation for the local community. The Beef + Lamb Ambassador Series are a series of degustation dinners held in the restaurants of each of Beef + Lamb New Zealand’s Ambassador Chefs. Staggered throughout the year, each chef prepares a menu showcasing their skill using New Zealand beef and lamb.
