I get multiple calls every day. So what exactly will be done to stop the calls? The do not call system is an obvious failure.

Yeah so what exactly is your plan? I get about 10-15 calls per day between 9am and 6pm. It’s gotten to the point now that if the number is unknown I hit decline. I’ve missed important phone calls because of it. Next thing you know cell phone companies will start offering a package where scam calls are blocked at the low low price of your soul every month.

For some reason it was said that they are not illegal calls but I remember back in the day when they used to be illegal and they called them annoyance calls.. And I don't understand why the government hasn't done anything about this yet because one day someone's life is going to be on the line and they really need to get through with a phone call but thanks to these illegal annoyance calls someone may end up losing their life

Just a thought, but I’d go after the phone know who’s making the calls and from what numbers!

I work for att and what the spam callers do is mask their caller ID with a local number or some random number. You are more likely to pick up if it is local. Also they will use your own number to call you, how they do this, once again is they mask the caller ID (though they are calling from a completely different number) they do this to get past your spam blocking apps.

Your very good at pulling the wool over people's eyes to keep getting voted back in, you accomplish very little for Arkansas and arkansans.

I'm on both national and state DNC list, those obviously arent working anymore. I know if my insurance business didnt abide by these rules I would be fined out the wazoo.

I get calls all the time, even using our home number

My dad always gets these calls, he’s smart enough to just be nice and tell them “have a good day” and hang up.

Thank you so much Attorney General Leslie Rutledge for trying what naysayers say is impossible. Your hard work for Arkansans is greatly appreciated!

Just looked at the form. Most of the information you request is never given. The same company calling can handle numbers from Arkansas, Florida, Washington, Maryland, etc.
Top Health is a big one. How do we get their address? Seen a call center in person. They hire anyone who can talk, and read a computer screen

This is great. Anybody know who I could contact if I live in Texas?

Pro tip for other people: If the caller ID is not recognized, answer the phone as if you're a business, "Thank you for calling <insert business name here>, how may I help you?". This tends to stop the calls for a few weeks since they dont want to talk to a business.
