That is a terrific tutorial! I was trying to implement it in my network. However, I cannot open the XGMML file in Mac Excel? Do you know whether there are alternatives or any other things to work around? I could send you the file and see if that is an Excel version issue. Let me know your thought! Many thanks

Hi,

I am interested in creating a network with x and y coordinates and each x, y pair will have 1 specific property. Do you have any ideas on how I can visualise the (x, y) pairs and give each node the characteristic (another number basically)? Also since it is a large data set (1000 nodes) how do i get to connect them automatically?

Hi do you know not to extract coordinates through api programmingly?
