Quickly send a clip from Premiere pro to After Effects

This is one of those obvious quick tips, but I use it all the time and its super handy. Its a way of using dynamic linking without using dynamic linking. Check it out.

This is a great way to quickly get all of your clips into After Effects - Just select everything you want to use the timeline and "replace with after effects composition". Thanks for sharing!

you can copy and past easily, it will take the same edit, not sure if it has anything to do with OS but it work for me on windows

Wait, I understood what you said, but I didnt understand what you said lol So "replace with after effects composition", do your work in AE, save. Come back to PP and choose undo. Now, my question is (and I dont have time to test this right now) is that even when you undo the option to "replace with after..." is still retains the changes in AE? If so....cool!! Never thought to try that!

When you’re done working in AE do you export from AE or transfer back to PP?
