Bought one online. Battery would never hold more than a 10% charge. Nice helmet but not worth the price if the Sena communication module is bad. Online search of users indicated that this is not an uncommon problem. Harley agreed to take it back as it come with a 5 year warranty.

Will they eventually offer different shields other then clear and grey? When I bought mine the girl at the store told me they offered different shields and I haven't been able to find anything other then those two.

Love this helmet. It’s a comfortable, good features but has some drawbacks. Poor instructions for complicated Sena bluetooth. Hard to feel the right button with gloves while riding. The Intercom between riders works great but sound over the speakers is low from phone for directions, music and calls. Hard to hear over exhaust. We haven’t figured out if we are doing something wrong or if it’s the Sena unit. @missjessyjess “ our favorite Australian “
