Tera : 65 Reaper Tutorial (Basics)

i'm not an expert as i am still learning and this is not a foolproof guide.
when you google you will see multiple things saying to use:
Salivating Niveot
Forceful Niveot
Savage Niveot
Cruel Niveot
Carving Niveot
Swift Niveot

while i agree that using most of those is good, i'm the kind of person who likes to go against the most popular method to actually debunk it and prove its efficacy. i haven't proven anything yet in terms of PvP battlegrounds matches, but in duels i surprise people quite often. i am very squishy but with proper heals i blast out the DPS the highest in the group.

Ok everything I understand here. The rotation is my biggest thing. I'm doing PvE and when I'm in dungeons I'm doing little damage. What order of skills do I have to use to get the most dps of out my reaper?
