Thanks for this video! I have been a die hard fan of Ref, but I’ve slowly been giving up on them and shopping elsewhere. I would go try on tons of items in store, and maybe finally pick out one to buy, only to return it later after seeing it on again at home.
Nothing ever fits right there anymore. I have the same issue with the weird horizontal lines on the crotch area of jeans. But then I try the size up, and then they are super baggy. The more structured tops also don’t fit right.
So sorry, but Ref you are losing soo many customers

Do you usually wear a size 4? Please dont take this as me being rude/ offensive (just trying to get a better picture of sizing), but I look at your measurements and they seem to be like mine and you look more like a 2 even a 0 more than a 4 so I’m wondering if you picking out a 4 was an intentional decision based on your fit preference or if that is your usual size?❤
