People in Sacramento County prepare for incoming rain, wind expected

People in the Valley are already preparing for any issues the rain and wind could bring with it. "The county is advising people get sandbags if you feel you're in a low flood-plain area and your property may be threatened," said Matt Robinson, public information officer for Sacramento County.
