Seems like people in the comment section are too offended by the truth. I was born and raised in Cuba, love my  country. My mother used cloth diapers too when I was a baby, because that's what she had access to. It's not displaying an arrogant or disrespectful attitude towards your roots...its called facts.

Ukrainians upset because she said everything is black and white. ITS A JOKE. Every movie from Hollywood with the setting in that period of time is always dark-sepia like or black and white, she's not saying that the country is ugly or that it hasn't evolved.
Regarding the diapers, there's nothing wrong with that. I was born in 95 and mom used cloth diapers too, is a matter of preference. Chill

my Mom used cloth diapers on my youngest sibling who was born in 2004. My Mom is a nurse and prefers to used cloth diapers because she said it won't give rashes and also prevents babies to have UTI.

I'm from Russia and about same age as Mila. If I remember correctly first  diapers appers about in year 1994 or 95 and brand was Pampers.Since then all diapers called Pampers in Russia.Same case with Xerox if says in that time to someone in Russia to use copier they just don't understand you.But now things changed and words like "diaper" and even "copier" are more undestanble.

I was born and raised in India and I also had cloth diapers whilst my sister was raised here in the Uk and she worse normal diapers. My mum certainly preferred the normal diapers but I personally like cloth diapers, they are friendly to the environment.
