I thought the 3090 was insane when it came out with 24 gb of vram. The 4090 is a whole different beast. Nvidia may not be the most consumer friendly company, but they definitely push the limits of graphics processing

Are you running this with DLDSR maxed out?
16k video is totally invisible to the human eye. But you do have the benefit of the extra pixels. DLDSR is a very effective method of increasing pixel count.
There isn't any RT in this game. There never can be. This mod absolutely does not introduce RT to GTA 5. Please stop telling people that it does.

Ray traced reflections only by the looks of it. The lighting still looks pretty bad during the daytime. Riding under the underpass at the airport from 3:25 - 3:45 everything is illuminated exactly the same... Next Gen Ray tracing is a bit of a stretch when it basically only applies to reflections in the puddles.
