Something you didn't bother to touch on is the fact that while in lockdown Billy built a bike for the armed services while setting all of the machines in the prison machine shop up with the jigs and fixtures so after his release others could learn the trade.

Not to excuse Billy Lane for drinking and driving and killing someone, but this video did fail to leave out the fact that the person he hit was above the legal alcohol limit as well. Basically, two idiot drunks meeting each other on a dark stretch of road.
