Wenge wood Plane Making. Hand tool woodworking

Only hand tools. I have long wanted to make a planer, but I wanted it from some kind of hard wood, but in order to plan wenge or ebony, you need to grind chisels and planers at an angle of at least 40 degrees! But since thanks to you I got stones, I decided to do it! The coating is, as usual, tung oil, then after shooting it was rubbed with shellac. Thank you for watching!

I have worked with wenge a few times. Seems like one of those woods that if you just walk by and look at it wrong, you get nasty splinters from And I mean really nasty splinters! Nice work.
