how to make the salamanca taco

Picked Mexico for my English project and gonna do the Salamanca taco for the project dish

For those who don’t get why this isn’t a good Mexican taco:

1. We Mexicans rarely put chopped tomatoes in tacos. If there’s tomato in our taco, it’s usually in the form of salsa.
2. It has raw onion but is missing cilantro. Could happen, but again, weird because they usually come together.
3. The tortilla is breaking apart when he folds it, that means it is not heated or at least it's not properly heated.
4. A good Mexican taco is at least a little greasy because usually the tortilla is warmed where the meat is cooked, soaking up its juices and flavor.

I'm pretty sure Tony Dalton hated eating that cold, bland taco, yet he says "muy buen taco" convincingly. Such a great actor. Hahaha
