Apparently this war is going on to the day I die. A WAR THAT NEVER ENDS. How much is left of Ukrania? It is not that big, won't they run out of country? And then what?

Have *seen* F16s fly out of Portland International. Same with F15s.

Maybe the F16's are now ready to defend this new initiative into Russia?

Let's hope they have better success than the Germans in WW2. As a student of WW2, the name of Kursk resonates strongly. This is a very interesting development. My guess is the attack originated from the Sumy area.

Desperation at Ukrainian side. And a talking point in the West.

I just put this on me playlist to make one comment:
There are no victors in a war.
Only losers.

Don't think this guy knows what he is talking about. What are his credentials? Is he in the Ukraine?

I’ve always hated the fact that you play music in the background at near commercial times while people are still talking I think you should stop that It’s insulting. Find a different way to do this.

"KURSK" ! Really, how ironic. "Kursk" is where Zukhov turned the Nazi's back in WW II in a True Turning Point. Biggest Tank Battle of all time !

It would be unwise to commit F-16s to anything audacious while there are still so few of them in country. They are well suited to defensive operations (while in small numbers).
The Ukrainians may simply be waiting to amass more airframes before employing them in any offensive operations. Notably, Ukraine is not involved in any offensive operations, in Ukraine proper, at this time.

What about the psychological impact. A bigger deal than the Dolittle Raid on Japan in WWII.

I think we Americans should support these efforts!
