If you ever heard of the TreeHouse Show, they have their advertisements blended into the video at random times, so you won't see it coming, and I think that's the best way to avoid skipping and still make the ad visible.

I'd rather your ad get more attention at the beginning. Give a hankering before the meal. Then again that's from a personal friends pov.

I think putting it at the end of the video is better. The reason for this is because some people will stop watching the video if they see advertising. If you put it at the end they will learn the cool tips you have before seeing the ad. I think this makes it more fit of a place. Also those that don't watch the ads at the end wouldn't help the channel out anyways, so putting the ad at the beginning would not help gain patreons. I plan on supporting the channel starting next week.

I think in the beginning is fine. You go through all this work to make videos, you deserve the right advertise efficiently.

It doesn't matter where you have the ad. But it draws more attention when mentioned in the beginning.

I don't usually like ads so I prefer them at the end of a video so I don't have to watch them, but for something like donations it makes sense to have it mentioned at the beginning so more people get to see it. If all of your views watch your videos right through then I don't think it matters where the ads are.

Tinkernut Leave the ad at the beginning. It's not like it is annoying, And with it at the beginning people are less likely to close out of the video, with it at the beginning they might skip it, but are less likely to just leave.

your doing a great job from what i can see, don't know if your rushing to get your videos out and missing little points like the Python requirements for one of the scripts it which case a little more time would make your videos look that much more professional, but all and all your topics are tun and informative, specially for some one like me who's been in the technology field for a while now, thank you and keep up the great work!

I am totally fine with you having the Patreon "advertisement" at the beginning. Normally I close the tab before other channels have the time to show theirs, so I don't see why you shouldn't make it show.

You could have the ad appear at the beginning, but only explain it at the end. Also, about the tag line, one brand is the best, and it is catchy, so I would stick with it

There is a way to make a python programm run without installing python. Us "py2exe" or "cx_freeze" to "freeze" the programm and all its librarys, but the result is relativly big and - it's a folder, you'd have to copy mutch more....

there were some old games on tapes that used sound of I think 2 different frequencies to send the data to the computer, so data through sound

You can always use Slow Scan Tv to send images from one device to another via sound waves. (Personally recommend the program MMSSTV)
