If in the future you do microphone comparisons again, it would be helpful to record ten seconds of dead air with each mic so viewers can hear any significant differences in the inherent noise floor.

i think the mackie sounds the cleanest in the voice test tbh.

Hey! just wanted to say that I got the Mackie mic and i'm glad I did. the sound is really clear and it doesn't capture annoying background noise. i'm using it to record vocals for my demos. the only downside is that it doesn't come with a tripod or pop filter but it was worth it in the end. Thanks!

I use my tonor tc-777 for both talking and recording saxophone and I can verify it is absolutely incredible. Perfect for talking and turning down the volume to like 80% is perfect for sax, picks up dynamics, articulation, and tone gorgeously, can't recommend it enough

This video had all the information I was looking for - hearing simple non-EQed quality, an appraisal of what the different mics are best for, the perks and drawbacks of the options. Incredibly useful. Thank you!

The Mackie sounded the best to me. My suggestion for next time is to include the microphone pick-up pattern - omnidirectional, cardioid etc. Thanks for the review.

I use the FiFine Mic, I got it with a bundle that came with the pop filter, the wind sock, and the arm along with the mic, mic stand, and 6ft usb chord all for $50 good ass deal

I got a Snowball about 10 years ago and it was kind of fail. It worked ok in the beginning, but it was picking up noise from my soundcard internally, which was very noticeable on multitrack recordings. After a couple of months, the USB connection in the back of the mic developed issues and I started getting random crackling in all my recordings as well. Switching to an XLR condenser connected to the laptop via a Scarlett 2i4 fixed all issues. Obviously, USB mics are still useful for various applications, but I don't trust Blue anymore.

The FIFine T669 Kit is by far the best value. 53 bucks you get everything and its built very good.

The mackie, the aokeo and the blue snowball did the best performance from my perspective.

Thank you. I have had a Snowball for several years, and I sing and write Christian music. I am a soprano and the Snowball doesn't sound good on the high notes. I thought in your sound test the Mackie had the best sound, so I will try to get that and see if it works better with my singing voice. God bless.

I really like the one with all the accessories, I thought it had a nice sound. I like the ability to move it and the headphones also. Tough choice. Thanks for the video.
