My mother died of cancer though she lived for about 15 years after diagnosis and I was her main caretaker. though she was in good shape adn still working until the last 2 - 3 years so it was actualy the last 2-3 years which were tough for me. My dad also helped a lot but mostly by earning money for the care of her, and my brother was - I dont want to say careless - but it was rare that he appeared and mostly for the sake of borrowing money from mother :) So I was in such reality that I had to become a bit tougher myself, and now I can see that this situation helped me to become stronger. I was never some kind of entitled snowflake as we were raised on gardening and drinking raw milk but I was always a daughter of her mommy :) so I kind of earned my bit of toughness during those 2 or 3 years. But of course this toughness was never against my parents, only for myself to be helpful for them I had to be tough, not crying most of time :D

I feel for those who dont want to eat meat for ethical reasons, becouse I also feel it sometimes, but for me its nor cruelty but rather a sad truth of this world - its not utopian paradaise. I m sure we should care for those animals as best as we can and it will be enough. We dont shere with them the world of Kantian reason but we share with them the world of Buddhism suffering so we should be their caretakers not only the exploitants. But I can not agree with those who LIE about veganism being healthy for humans ! Vegetarianism maybe is enough if you eat lots of fat chese and raw milk and eggs and nuts and fish but veganism is realy, realy bad for health esp for muscles, and esp for those two most important muscles - heart and brain ! And its heart and brain - those who rule want to kill them prematurely. I m positive about it.
