Dendrobates tinctorius 'Powder Blue'.
Some individuals of this population which had more gray legs were once (and sometimes still are) referred to as Dendrobates tinctorius 'Powder Gray'. In the hobby, these poison dart frogs are commonly called powder blue tincs, or just powder blues or powders.
