Great job on your 2 projects Natalia! I'm so curious about how many pages you edited this week. I love your consistency and set schedule. It inspires me. I'm editing a 550 page book right now and just hearing that you completed your projects gives me hope lol! As for eye strain, I actually just went through a pretty rough patch with eye strain and dry eyes. The advice I received from several editors with dry eyes is to lower the monitor. When the monitor is up high, it causes us to maintain a very open eye position for long periods of time. Keeping the monitor below eye level allows us to maintain a more closed eye position, preventing eyes from becoming as dry and irritated. Eureka! I didn't think it would work. But it has really saved my eyes! It only took me 3 ophthalmologist appts and several brands of eye drops to realize it was my monitor position. Anyway, always great to see a video from you, and I'd love to see more editing tips for professional editors! (Time/project management, rush projects, hacks, etc.)
