Those saying that she's "straining her voice",
She smokes weed and it's normal for people to sound hoarse when you smoke weed. Considering she also had a virus in her throat before (which is why my tour got cancelled the first time.) I think she's singing while recovering which I would understand why it would strain her voice.
She told us about this virus in her throat as well and she took her break also with notice.
If she really felt bad to the point where she would need another break she would tell us to take one.
As I said before, she smokes weed. And she's been doing that for a while. (Just to put it out there I'm not against it, it's HER body.) So that's why she sounds so tired and hoarse.

Okay okay, but no only is her music great but everything about her is

She always gets her fans involved, she makes eye contact with them an interacts with them! Her energy is so great, she is working so hard and yet still has fun and never loses that positivity and motivation! She does it for herself and to help people, and doesn’t tailor it to what other people like or want which is amazing! She’s so fun an energetic, she’s always dancing or being creative! She’s so respectful as well, when Tierras part went on she just had fun and didn’t try to outshine her, but instead joined in with her!

And yet people still hate her?

Okay I know, people can have their own opinions, I’m just saying that there’s no reason to hate on Melanie or any artist for that matter.
