the energy industry attempted to introduce gasahol fuel (aka ethanol-gasoline mixtures) in the 1970's but massive backlash from the auto industry prevented it because everybody in the industry knew it would destroy fuel systems on every car being produced at that time. gasahol was never about improving the environment, it was all about finding a way to use the massive amounts of corn that the government was buying from corn farmers and stockpiling because american farmers have always been producing more corn than the market ever needs, and that has continued today. 'oxygenated fuel' (aka gasahol aka ethanol-gasoline mixtures) has recently been forced onto us because all new vehicles have fuel injection systems that can tolerate the water and alcohol without damage, the automakers didn't complain anymore and the environmentalists want all old cars off the roads, so this is a good way to render them inoperative without major upgrades. along with that, real sugar has been replaced in most foods in favor of high fructose corn syrup, which the corn farmers and the government also love, helps use up even more of that government corn.

hi pierre..some say .if youadd200ml atf per full tank.thatwill clean lubricate and protect the all ke jetronic system...what do you think about that..you are the mam....chers

200 ml ..tea cup... is nothing compared with 90 liter of gasoline...may be it protect o ring for fuel distributer as side effect of atf manf..purpose..chers.
