This movie is very sexy and scary and even sad at times. The acting was really good too and amazing cat transformations for the time.

I am old and like the 1942 version. I agree that Malcolm McDowell's performance is outstanding, but the no hands flip (of that last bit of meat) was just beyond my ick line. The Original film was more ambiguous and less in your face.

Cat people is one of the worst horror movies out there. Bc I blind bought cat people on bluray & all I got to say after watching it complete garbage. And not good at all & I don't see how people are saying cat people is good. And if someone wants a good wear wolf movie then I would say check out howling part 4 & 5 & bad moon along with the original howling & American wear wolf in London are the best
