Gratitude overload! My amazing neighbors shared a bounty of plums from their gigantic plum tree. Many were soft but still perfectly edible, and I couldn't let these gems go to waste. So, with the Montreal heatwave looming over us (30+ degrees Celsius this week!), I decided to turn this plum windfall into a refreshing summer treat.

Introducing my homemade Plum, Dates, Lemon, and Maple Syrup Sorbet! It's a symphony of flavors – a delightful balance of sour and sweet, but full of flavor. 

Every spoonful is like a burst of summer in your mouth! 

The best part of this sorbet adventure? It's a wonderful reminder of the incredible community we have Our neighbors' generosity brought smiles to our faces and inspiration to our kitchen. 🤗
