If you use Cloudflare's 'Edge Page Caching' on Cloudways it says 'Enabling Edge Page Caching will automatically bypass Varnish Page Caching to avoid conflict' does that mean varnish will no longer be benefiting my wordpress site?

I have serious question, does it work for different users using same link? means only the first user click that link the varnish needs to request a copy for that from server, after that any user click on that link can have that copy from varnish not from server? or it will do same procedure told by you[first click pass and 2nd click hit] for each single user that click that same link

I enabled Varnish at both Server and Application level and I'm still not seeing any kind of "x-cache" thing. I do see something further up that says "cache-control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0". Is that part of the problem?

Is it better to keep Varnish off when doing development work? I've been having an issue while working on a WP website, after making updates, the site will look weird for about an hour (broken layouts and styling etc)... wondering if Varnish might be the culprit.
