ok i have a problem. i had windows before so i played sims on steam but now i have a new mac and origin keeps telling me i already own sims 4 but wont let me play it there. does that mean that since i bought sims 4 on steam before i wont ever play it on my mac???

i started downloading at 2:30 pm yesterday. It is now 10:14 am and it was on 94%. Right before it finished downloading, the download stopped and then restarted completely. I will try again.

for somebody who just started (as in i just downloaded origin) my origin window looks diffrent?? i have no games, and theres no store button or search bar. Just my game library. Could you maybe be able to explain???

i got my laptop from a family member. its a dell laptop. it had the 'Sims 4 disk 2' in it. everytime i put it into the laptop it says "choose what happens with removable devices." and then only gives one option. theres no "auto-run" either.

i downloaded Origin, signed into my EA account i use on my ps4. the only issue is, my game library on Origin is empty because I dont have the disk case that has the redeem code number on it. So i cant redeem the game to download it off my disk onto the laptop. if thats how it even works. I could be wrong. so i just need to figure out if this disk is useless or if theres actually a way to download it onto my laptop. im struggling.

When I click the download button to download origin it does not pop up for me and none of the trouble shooting they recommended on their site has worked for me
