At 5:04, she could have taken the H pawn en-passant.

His queen was half-pinned. If he moves the queen to the wrong square, she takes his knight with her king. And he had no way to reinforce that knight. That pawn was his only escape.

The victory was within reach. She was ahead.

Never open up the kingside too much when you still have several heavy pieces in play. It was the main piece for his defeat.

Does she know the en-passant rule? At 5:03 she let her opponent plant his Knight on g4. Taking the pawn en-passant would have gotten rid of her weak pawn at g5.
