●Alfredo Sauce ●

• 2 tbsp of butter
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• 2/3 Cup of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup of Milk
• Salt and Pepper to taste

●Jalapeno Poppers●

•Jalapeno Peppers
• Cream Cheese 8oz
• 1lb of Pork Sausage
• Bacon

● Pulled Pork Rub ●
Can add less or more

• Brown Sugar 2tbsp
• Black Pepper
• Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1tbsp
• Paprika 1tsp
• 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
• Chopped Onion 1 to 2 tbsp

● Butter Rice ●

• 1 cup of Rice
• 2 Cups of hot water or chicken brooth
• 1 to 3 tbsp of Chicken Bouillon
• Canned Corn (optional)
