Here is a delicious smoothie recipe.
Pomegranate Banana smoothie.
It’s a super easy , healthy recipe, without any sugar added.
In a blender , add banana ,pomegranate seeds, milk and blend till smooth .
I love the crunch of the seeds so I have not strained it .
You can also add sugar for extra sweetness.

Nice .. what about pomegranate seeds .. can we strain them?

Big must for smoothies are for them to not have ANY, Any milk. If it gets difficult to mix rearrange it with a spoon.you made a pomegranate shake.
