180K total amount, 25% downpayment which is 45K, meaning u need to pay 135K in 5 years. With 1000 per month, it makes it 12K a year, and thus u would be able to pay 60K at the end of 5 years, which mean u still have to pay 135K-60K which is 75K.

I mean not bad but $180, 000 - $45000 for deposit is $135, 000 owed.

Divided by a 5 year payment plan is $27, 000 a year. That’s $2250 a month and the rent only covers $1000 a month so you’re $1250 in the hole.

Am I missing something?

If you are making 1k profit per month then it’s annually 12k assuming you manage to rent out back to back for full year so that’s 60k in 5 years. This means you will need to pay 66% of the property value unlike 35%-40% mentioned in the video?

Could you make a video explaining the taxes for property owners in Dubai?. I understand that if you live there you have to pay 0, 5% of purchasing price. Also, do you need to pay a yearly VAT ?
