Again, so much of the deceiving info the public receives is relative instead of absolute numbers. Thanks, Dr. Chaffee!

When I was drinking soy milk and ate tofu daily 15 years ago I developed cysts on my ovaries and had problems with my period. Not very regular, cramps and severe PMS. I stopped eating soy, because I couldn't stand the taste anymore. Cysts went away a few weeks after stopping to eat that stuff and cycle improved a little. Now I of course don't know whether it was just correlation or even also causation, but I never touched soy again and never developed new cysts. Never touching that crap again! After becoming mainly carnivore 5 years ago my cycle improved even much more. No more cramps or PMS and very regular peroid. Only 🥩🥓🥚 for me now 😊

Many years ago my girlfriend asked for advice on infertility with her sister. I looked into their fridge and immediately saw Soy Milk. Told her that was the first thing that needs to go.

After switching to an animal-based diet in 2018, my testosterone level doubled and now runs over 1000 ng/dl. I'm turning 59 this year, an age a lot of men are taking testosterone replacement therapy. A better approach - eat what 2 million years of evolution "selected" as appropriate for humans, and let your body make all the testosterone it needs!

I become very irritated from fruits before my periods, but even from soy, it gives you anxiety issues too! Now it makes sense why. I would develop skin cysts all the time if I ate fruit daily. I still have 3 on me from Keto and too much dairy.

One thing about hunter gatherer is they never gather; water, wood, carrion, supplies, or flint, it’s always berries or acorns. Europeans could not comprehend a world without agriculture.

I eat carnivore for 2&1/2 years now. I used to eat loads of tofu and soy milk, edamame, etc. while lifting….never had a problem.

Dr. Chaffee - how can you keep so much information in your head? I’m just in awe of you - I’ll never go back to eating mindlessly- to fill a void. That void will never be filled by sugar and junk foods.

Call me Mr Testosterone, up until recently all these things people say lowers your testosterone never did so noticeably. I still knock it out of the ballpark daily (I'm in my 50s). Recently, (~6 mos) I've been trying to eat just grass fed beef and pasture eggs and water when possible. My lastest routine blood work is crazy good, I feel better than ever and hitting extra endings (annoying though, I haven't done that since I was in my teens - 20s) Ha now they just call me Mr Goodtime 😂

Yeah but phytoestrogen in soy blocks actual estrogen so your better off. You get milder estrogen effects. Same way as tamoxifen works. Or no? And if the soy is fermented it is not estrogenic or is it? My experience is that fermented soy is fine if you are taking Dhea and DIM.

Over a million nanograms... Also colloquially known as over 1 milligram. Why use this frame of reference? Just so the number sounds huge...
