Hi Sir,
I just wanted to ask why your answer to Q3 was correct. You said we needed to find the equation to the line normal to the plane and then worked out the answer for the parallel line.

Hi, I just had a question, in many of your examples, you set the the equation of a plane to be " ax+by+dz+d=0 " but my text book says the equation is " ax+by+dz=d ", This is confusing me because when taking values of d to use in formulae, do I just take the absolute value of d or include potential negative signs?
