IL-36γ induction underlies EGFR inhibitor-associated skin toxicity

In this episode, Lars French, Takashi K. Satoh, and colleagues show that EGFR/MEK inhibitors and the commensal Cutibacterium acnes synergistically induce IL-36γ in keratinocytes, resulting in neutrophilic acneiform skin toxicities.
