Was Jesus Married? - Part 1

So I am a follower of Jesus and find his teachings very helpful and believe He’s a healthy model to follow after. Having said that, if he was married, which he probably was. It doesn’t diminish anything about him or his teachings. I think Christian’s are afraid that this brings his divinity into question. He was a man that became awakened to the Christ in himself and showed us all what that looks like. I think it’s beautiful that he was or may have been married. Thanks for sharing!🙏🏻

Simcha is a skeptical Jew like the deciple of Jesus, Thomas. There is no reason to believe the non canonical gospels while we have eye witness testimonies, who saw Jesus ministries, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection. How will you explain the reliability of those non canonical gospel in the light of the eye witness testimonies

What upsets me right now is I have lived 66 years and no one told me about Jesus being married to Mary Magdalen ...As a life long Christian who loves Jesus why was this kept from me? I love him and follow him and The Bible no matter what...

Wasn't Mary Magdalene assigned to embalm Yashua's body after he was crucified?? According to history, in those times, the WIFE was assigned the task of embalming her husband's body and if the wife was not alive, the task fell on the husband's mother. Virgin Mary was alive at the time of her son's death and she was not assigned the task of embalming the body so that is colossal proof that Mary Magdalene was Yashua's wife isn't it...

Mary Magdalene was not a prostitute. The catholic church changed certain information and said she was a prostitute, as it suited their purpose. Also Jesus stated that what he makes clean, is clean, I believe that to be fair everything and everyone.

I love Simcha's open, logical and sound thinking and I've been watching him and his video's for years, I've learned so much more about history because of him, but personally I don't like the zoom in and out for two reasons. The first reason being I'm trying to concentrate on what Simcha's saying so panning in and out is pulling the focus away and placing it on imagery, but most important is it makes this video seeming to have a "comical" theme which is exactly what Simcha's is trying to explain here, to take these amazing facts that he is bringing up seriously, to take note in thinking and understanding.
