This is primarily a mental health based channel which aims to help provide relief from stress & anxiety. Sean has over 15 years experience as a Sound Engineer/Musician & is also a qualified Social Worker. Kris is professional videographer, photographer, and digital media specialist with over 15 years experience in the industry.

All audio is produced by ourselves. Video footage is either filmed by ourselves or we have collaborated with another nature videographer. We do not add commentary over the top of our nature recordings as it can detract from the relaxation experience. However, we do post behind the scenes videos/images on our community page & Instagram if you are curious about how we make our videos.

We edit, mix, & master audio in Protools & edit video with Adobe suite. We currently film with a Sony a6300, Lumix G80, GoPro Hero 7, & an iPhone X. We record audio with a Zoom H5 & Tascam DR05.

Typical workflow includes:

✅ Filming/creating video & recording audio
✅ Editing the video & audio
✅ Testing the audio on different playback systems
✅ Final edit & master
✅ Video creation

I love that you don’t black out your sleep video. Its dark enough that it won’t keep anyone awake. But when I do wake at night I can momentarily glance at the beautiful ocean I’ve been sleeping to. Beautiful angle and view. Great sounds of the surf.

I absolutey love this! The scene choice and video exposure are superb. The sea state, together with lightening in and out of the clouds, is mesmerising. This is a contradiction of nature. The sounds and motion of the sea are hypnotic. I named my catamaran "Hypnotic" because of this! But thunder and lightning are Natures fireworks display and invoke in me heightened senses and adrenaline. My heart rate increases and I'll be up at the window staring at the sky looking for the next strike. The skies are huge where I live, on the southern flank of the Ochil Hills. So sometimes I'll go out of town in my truck, park up in an open space, and watch the storm as it passes over.

I can picture myself sitting on that bench (safe!?🤔) taking it all in. Would I be relaxed at peace, or on the edge of the seat? No I'd be whooping and fist-bumping the sky in appreciation of such an awesome display! ✊️✊️✊️😀
