In less than 10 years, every single company in the S&P 500 will have some Bitcoin on its balance sheet. Those that don't simply won't be able to compete, and will be forced out of the index by their competition.

Is this only an option for companies that have stock options or can it be used for small to medium sized companies? I have yet to see anyone discuss this strategy for these types of companies. What about the local auto body shop, construction / home service based business, medical facilities, etc??? Do you know where we can get more info on this? I'm excited to see these large corps do this, but I want this to be something the life blood of our country does and that't the locally owned businesses built by the people, the entrepreneurs!

Matthew do you think governments will eventually try and blacklist bitcoin that is not stored on a centralised exchange or in a government controlled wallet? For example, could major retailers be coerced into not accepting bitcoin from so-called 'self hosted' wallets even when bitcoin payments are more widely accepted?
