Best ball handlers aren’t setting up moves, they have moves that make the defense react and counters to whatever that reaction is. It’s what makes Kyrie special, you literally can’t stop him one on one because he always a counter with zero inefficiency

I say a mixture of both is good.. sometimes you gotta get ur defender to sleep before u blow by.. Size up dribbling is a great was to get them stationary & on their heels briefly

Good info, but those learning to dribble need to do stationary drills to get a great handle and control of the ball. Then level up to movement drills, then shifty drills last. Its levels!
