I have an accord 99 v6 j30a1, and the rotation of my engine does not exceed 3500 rpm, whether it is in motion or stopped.

Not very fast but it might be stock hmm cluster is easier to customize with LEDs (:

Huh. My 02 Accord SE with the ULEV-VTEC engine pulls faster than that. No hate, that's not what I meant by this. I just didn't realize that my car actually had a little bit of speed, lol. I've always that it was slow as hell.
