House of Marley turntable 'review'

Briefly got my hands on a displayed House of Marley turntable and what I found was shocking. It's not as bad as a Crosley but for 250 euro's you can get something much better, even new! The 250 euro Thorens may be overpriced, but it sure is a lot more bang for the buck. Hell, even the 90 euro ATLP60 by AudioTechnica is a better choice. Denon and PIoneer also have 250 euro players.
And don't forget about the 160 euro U-Turn orbit. It may be as basic as a cooked potato but it sure as hell is a better choice for your money
I can imagine you want something that looks cool. Go for a brightly coloured Pro-ject or a Red Thorens. I wouldn't recommend them, they are just too expensive for what you get, but at least you're not buying something this badly made for the same amount of money.
