Its actually pretty decent because it does one thing that no unit does which heals your base for example you have maxed large scientist and you have 2 boss toliets going to your base the first one does 250 so you have 250 health left but once you skip you get 20 so you get 270 so when the 2nd boss comes you have 20 health left which saves your progress but still he sucks for damage

The reason you could only place 1 is because it gives you health each wave and if you put down more you would be kinda unstoppable

It's not necessarily bad it heals your damaged base so it can save a few matches and 500 damage per sec when maxed is alright for healing your base per wave

I think some people are forgetting that large cam only gives 20 health which is 2 small toilets and for its dps his game mechanic(giving base health) and rarity makes it the worst

And also YOUR LITTERALLY LOOKING AT THE TOWER DAMAGE OR PLACEMENT NOT ITS ACTUAL USE ITS LIKE CALLING ENGINEER CAMERAMAN TRASH FOR DOING NO DAMAGE ON THE TRACK EVEN THO IT SUMMONS THINGS THAT GOES BR BR like bro its main purpose IS TO HEAL BASE HP not damage just dont always look at the damage

You can only place one down because if there is no limit and you place 25 of these units you can heal your base back to max health in 1 round

Because it can heal the city when maxed. Out it heals the city 20+ health so you can not spawn another one so thats why😎
