HUGE ALLIGATOR Roadkill. 🐊 Is It Fresh?

Big Monster Alligator hunting in Louisiana. Found a big alligator on side the road that was hit by a car! It was a hit and run for this gator and the suspect is still at large. The alligator is checked to see if it is edible and the Hyde and skull was used in the local community for boots and belts.

This the first video I've seen of yours so I'm curious do you actually eat some of these road kills? And if not what do you do with it? I always thought it would be possible to eat road kill under the right circumstances say in the north and the temperature is below freezing and it's a fresh kill... and one is possibly desperate lol.

In Islam the rule is simple - if it is NOT slaughtered (specific to certain halal animal only) according to Zabihah, it's considered a carrion and HARAM to be consumed, for health and hygiene reasons, obviously.
