That's the problem with introducing new powerful characters after phase 3 in a nutshell.

Part of what the writers did to limit plot holes like this is with a rushed internal timeline.

From the time that New York first sees the Q ship to the actual snap is like 24 hours, and when most of the intel is word of mouth, its a miracle that anything remotely resembling an organized coalition against Thanos occured.

Realistically, I think that even if Namor had gotten accurate information and believed it, (a question in and of itself because when considering it's unlikely that anyone outside of the Avengers and their core allies knew the full scope of the threat combined with the fact that Namor paid the surface world little attention most of the time, makes him having reliable intel near impossible), he likely would've determined that if Wakanda + Avengers could not beat Thanos, then he probably wouldn't do much better, and so determined that whether Thanos was defeated or not, he had nothing to gain by getting involved.

Endgame really should have been the end. It forever upended the setting and questions like these will constantly get brought up. The blip was such a huge long term event and it's been mostly ignored or treated as a joke.

No plot holes - Namor and Talokan made completely nonsensical decisions constantly, so it hardly matters what they did/didn't do to begin with, there wouldn't be any logical follow through either way.

I mean they did hint at what was happening when in endgame during the meeting they said that there was an earthquake under the ocean 🤷🏾‍♂️

I mean, this presumes Namor knew this was all happening, or why. You could also ask where were all the world militaries during Infinity War.

I mean if we wanna be technical about it. Half of “all life” could equivalents to destroying all of Namors kingdom while leaving the xxtxx’s on planet zimmzix on the other side of the universe alive.

No. Actually the snap wile out all the leading species from one planet. And the man living down the ocean were not pure human at all
