The removal of social media apps from my life has been an absolute game changer! I deleted everything about 6 years ago and at first it was hard but after a while I found myself focusing on other things and making better use of my time. Also started going to gym and have gotten extremely healthier. I fully support and approve your changes and I think social media really holds people back from accomplishing what they want.
