A lot of people relate to this song because of their toxic families and partners while me i think its all about achieving ones dreams as well. Especially the chorus, like desire - what you want. The struggles and people trying to stop you from your getting it its the flame and you gonna get burn by that you are gonna get hurt and beaten down. I've struggled with self-harm and suicide for since I was 9 years old. In all the years I've cut and tried taking my life I could never go longer then 4 months being clean. On January 25 2023 I reached my five month mark. I'm am so proud of myself. I am close to my 6 month mark. This song really helped me while I was struggling. I sang it when I was hospitalized and it helped many others. If you feel like you will never over come something you will. Just hang on and try, try, try!
